ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Ivanna Baron. I’m a Christ-follower, wife, and mom of two. I’m also an Air Force veteran, management analyst, writer, encourager, certified life coach, and mental health advocate. I have a master’s degree in management and a bachelor’s degree in social psychology. In addition to writing, I enjoy spending time with my family, caring for my houseplants, watching a good movie or TV series, and exercising.

I understand how life’s challenges can affect a person’s mental and emotional well-being because I’ve experienced that firsthand. After facing a series of difficult circumstances, I experienced a season where I struggled with anxiety. It was one of the darkest times in my life.

After a period of struggling with constant anxiety, which led to depression, I decided I did not want to remain in that dark place, and I sought help. I leaned into my faith through prayer and fasting and sought support through behavioral therapy. I also made lifestyle changes, such as establishing a consistent exercise routine, improving my diet, decluttering my environment, and letting go of habits that no longer served me.

Through God’s grace and a commitment to healing, I found the tools I needed to manage and overcome anxiety. Now, I share my story, experiences, and how God has worked in my life to help and encourage others. Thank you for visiting. I hope you find something helpful here. Join my newsletter for updates.
