Life can be challenging at times, and sometimes we need someone to encourage us, help us gain perspective, and take the next step. Through 1:1 coaching, I help women focus on personal growth, wellness, and faith so they can create a more intentional, balanced, and fulfilling life.

As a Christ-follower, wife, mother, Air Force veteran, writer, encourager, and certified life coach, I bring both professional training and personal experience to our sessions. I’ve walked through seasons of stress and anxiety myself, and I understand what it feels like to want change but not know where to begin.

In each coaching session, we will focus on areas such as:

Personal growth and self-confidence

Navigating life transitions and challenging seasons

Developing healthier thoughts, habits, and routines

Creating greater balance and clarity

Setting goals and following through

Faith and spiritual growth

Creating a more peaceful, intentional life

My approach is practical, encouraging, and faith-centered. You don’t have to figure it all out at once. Sometimes the next step is simply having someone walk alongside you. That’s what I’m here to do.

About Me

I am a certified Christian life coach with a master’s degree in management and a bachelor’s degree in social psychology. I love to help women achieve holistic wholeness and wellness, so they can live free and walk out their God-given purpose in life.

Purpose of Coaching

Coaching is a professional relationship designed to support you in achieving personal goals, improving wellness, and enhancing overall life satisfaction. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for mental health care. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. The coach is not a licensed therapist, physician, or lawyer.

Coaching services are not intended as a replacement for professional mental health, medical, or legal advice. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that you inform them of your work with a coach and obtain their approval if necessary.
