Welcome to the 4-week home workout plan from Ivanna Baron Coaching. I created this plan to offer you a simplified approach to strength training and exercise, enabling you to do it comfortably at home with minimal equipment.

As a personal trainer, I worked with several clients who were intimidated by the gym and by strength training. I wanted to create a plan that felt doable and exciting for them, so I made this simple-to-follow 4-week home workout plan. I personally follow this kind of plan, and I love it. I am more consistent and looking forward to my workouts. 

As someone who works out at home ninety-nine percent of the time, I am always looking for ways to change up my workouts while keeping them effective. This plan does that.
